Pina Colada Cocktail

Rum (30%),
Coconut milk (20%),
Pineapple juice (50%),
Cherry,
Pineapple cube,



Prepare in a mixing glass pouring rum (white), coconut milk, pineapple juice and shake them all. Garnish with a cherry and a pineapple cube.

Mojito cocktail

Soda
Lime (1 fruit)
Brown Sugar (2 teaspoons)
Mint (a dozen leaves)




This is the preparation of the original Cuban Mojito. Place into a glass tumbler mint leaves, lime juice and two teaspoons of brown sugar. Mixed with a pestle, exerting a slight pressure, so as to mix well without breaking the leaves of mint. Add plenty of ice (not crushed). At this point add the white rum and fill with soda. Garnish with a straw, a sprig of mint and a slice of lime.

Margarita Cocktail

Triple Sec (30%)
Lemon Juice (20%)
Salt
A slice of lemon




Prepare in a shaker pouring Tequila, Triple Sec and lemon juice. Frost up the edge of the Margarita glass cup with salt and gently rub the bottom of the glass with a slice of lemon. Pour the drink from the shaker into the glass and garnish with the slice of fresh lemon used before.

Kamikaze cocktail

Prepare in a shaker with ice. Pour the lime juice, cointreau and vodka. Serve in glamorous glasses or in a shooter.

Daiquiri cocktail

Sugar Syrup (1 part)





To prepare in the shaker with ice. Clearly pour the Rum, the lemon juice (or lime) and the sugar syrup. Leak hardly in a cold cocktail glass covered with sugar. Ad a slice of lime at the edge of the glass.
